Get the most out of your online account with ourBip&Go tutorials

Your Bip&Go online account allows you to manage your contract, personal data, and badge. There are many available features, giving you the autonomy to be able to make changes at a time to suit you, depending on your schedule and availability: a great way of saving time. To help and support you in these steps, our team has prepared some tutorial videos which are available on our YouTube channel. Navigating your online account has never been simpler and you’ll become your own knowledgeable expert. These online account tutorial videos are available in the same 4 languages as on our website. This may help you overcome the language barrier which can sometimes be experienced with our customer service team, which is only authorised to respond in French or English.

Who and what are these tutorials for?


Our series of YouTube tutorials cover all the areas which you can personally manage from your online account. They enable you to learn how to navigate your online account and the freedom to make changes as you see fit. The following features are now available:

•    Modification of your personal data, e.g., address, email, and telephone number changes.  
 
•    Modification of your bank account details: no need to send your bank details by email or post; you can now do it securely from your online account and in just a few clicks.  Great, isn’t it!
 
•    Cancel your badge: has your badge been lost or stolen? Don’t worry! You no longer need to wait for our customer service department to open, you can cancel it directly from your online account and order a replacement.
 
•    Order the new Europe badge from your online account and find out more about its features and how you can get the most out of the equipment available for your trips to Spain, Portugal, and Italy 

You can also add a delivery address, view your current trips, change your subscription, and even just change your password; it’s as easy as that. Our FAQs already contain all of this information, but sometimes pictures speak louder than words.
This autonomy allows you real time access to your online account without having to adapt your personal time constraints with customer service opening hours.
