What does it mean to reserve a parking space on the Bip&Go application?


Thanks to a partnership with Zenpark, a major player in parking reservation,you will be able to reserve parking in private car parks at a cheaper rate than on the streets in more than 200 cities in France and Belgium. In a few clicks, you can find and reserve your parking space from the Bip&Go application.
Two advantages: parking at the best price and payment without a credit card thanks to your Bip&Go account


The opening and closing of the car park is done directly from the application, thanks to the open and close button.
You will also have personal access codes that will allow you
to open and close the car park access (car gate, pedestrian access).

How to book a car park from the application?

First, make sure you are logged in to your Bip&Go customer account from the application.

Please note: the booking feature is only available to private individuals and is not available for professional offers.

From the home screen:

- tap on "park me"
- if necessary, indicate the place where you wish to reserve a car park
- adjust your start and end dates and times of your reservation
- the car parks available for reservation are then displayed on the map

- select the desired car park
- then press book to see a summary of your reservation and confirm.

Please note: you must fill in at least one number plate corresponding to the vehicle used for parking in order to finalise your reservation.

How do I pay my reservation?

You do not have to pay anything in the application. The amount of your reservation will be charged automatically to your Bip&Go account, the month after your reservation. The amount will appear on your invoice. If you cancel your reservation, costs may apply (see "How to cancel my reservation").

These costs will also appear on your monthly invoice.

How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation, go from the home screen to "my parking reservations" and choose the reservation you wish to cancel from your upcoming reservations.

Then press "Cancel my reservation" and follow the instructions.

Please note:
You can cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the start of your parking.
Depending on the date and time of cancellation, a refund may be made under the following conditions:

● Within 6 hours of the booking request, the booking will be fully refunded.
● More than 24 hours before the start of the booking, 90% of the booking fee will be refunded.
● Less than 24 hours before the start of the reservation, the full amount of the reservation will be due.

If you do not cancel your reservation and do not show up at your parking place,the full amount of the reservation remains due.

Where can I find my booking information?

All information related to your reservation can be accessed from "my parking reservations". You can access it from the home screen or from the application menu.

Then choose your reservation from your upcoming reservations to display the screen containing the details of your reservation.
You will find the address of the car park, access information, the times and rates of your reservation,
the buttons allowing you to enter and exit the car park, as well as the possibility to cancel or extend a reservation.

Note that your completed and cancelled reservations are displayed in the "history" tab.

How can I extend my booking?

To extend a reservation, go from the home screen to "my parking reservations" > "coming soon" tab
and choose the reservation you wish to extend.

Then press "Extend my reservation" and follow the instructions.

You can choose a period of extension from 15 minutes to 24 hours using the buttons or define a specific leaving time.

I already have a Zenpark account, can I use it on the Bip&Go application?

No, you can' t use your existing Zenpark account on the Bip&Go application.
Although this service is provided by Zenpark, your parking reservations are linked to your Bip&Go account only.

How to access the car park?

From the home screen, go to "my parking reservations" > "coming soon" tab and choose the desired reservation.

Then press the "Enter/Exit" button at the bottom of the screen to display the possible actions:
- Enter the car park by car
- Exit the car park by car
- Entering / exiting the car park by foot

Please note: depending on the car park, not all actions are available.

Some car parks only allow access via a digicode or QRcode.

In this case, access instructions will be provided on this screen and by email.

What if I can't get in or out of the car park?

First of all, check the means of access to your Zenpark car park indicated in the confirmation e-mail that was sent to you or on the entry/exit screen of the car park in the Bip&Go application, which you will find in "my reservations".

Please note that in the car parks with Zenpark technology, access is via the Bip&Go mobile application, the digicode by entering your personal code, or by QR code.

If you are still unable to enter or exit the car park, here are the steps to follow:


If you are at the car entrance:


- If the car park car gate does not open, we invite you to wait for a resident or other customer to pass by so that they can open the gate.


- If no one comes to the gate, we invite you to contact Zenpark's customer service on +33(0)185390909 (only from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm) so that we can open the gate for you. Please have your booking number ready, which you will find in your booking confirmation email.


- Outside Zenpark customer service opening hours, we invite you to park by your own and to contact Zenpark customer service who will contact you as soon as possible. Beforehand, please have your reservation number which you will find in your reservation confirmation email.


If you are at the car exit:


- If the car park gate does not open, we invite you to wait for a resident or other customer
to pass by so that they can open the gate.


- If no one comes to the gate, we invite you to contact Zenpark's customer service on +33(0)185390909 (only from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm) so that we can open the gate for you. Please have your booking number ready, which you will find in your booking confirmation email.


- Outside Zenpark customer service opening hours, we invite you to check if the car park is equipped with
an emergency vehicle gate opening system (button, crank...) and to activate it.


Please note: manual opening is strictly forbidden in SAEMES car parks,without prior authorisation from a SAEMES or Zenpark contact person.


- Outside customer service opening hours, if you are unable to open the gate, with or without emergency opening, we invite you to leave the car park on foot and return to your home/workplace by other methods.

We then invite you to quickly contact Zenpark's customer service in order to inform them of the incident so that they can help you as soon as possible. Beforehand, please have your reservation number ready, which you will find in your reservation confirmation email.


If you are at the pedestrian entrance:


- If you have difficulty opening one of the doors to the pedestrian entrance of your car park,
we invite you to wait for a resident or other customer to pass by.


- If no one is present, we invite you to use the car gate with caution.


- If neither of these two solutions work, we invite you to contact Zenpark's customer service on +33(0)185390909 (only from Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 8pm) in order to open the access remotely. Beforehand, please have your reservation number which you will find in your reservation confirmation email.


- If you are unable to open one of the pedestrian access doors outside customer service opening hours, we invite you to leave the car park on foot and return to your home/workplace by other means.


We then invite you to quickly contact Zenpark's customer service in order to inform them of the incident so that they can help you as soon as possible. Beforehand, please have your reservation number ready which you will find in your reservation confirmation email.
