How do I change my personal details?

I have changed bank/my bank details have changed

You can change your bank immediately in your subscriber area under the section "Change my bank details". The change will take effect on your next direct debit payment.

I have moved

You can change your address immediately in your subscriber area under the section "Change my details".

I have changed my name

You can contact us either via the contact form , or by telephone on: (+33) (0)970808765, then choose 1 then 1.

I have changed my email address

You can change your email address immediately in your subscriber area under the section "Change my details".

I have changed my telephone number

You can change your telephone number immediately in your subscriber area under the section "Change my details".

Where can I see my message history?

You can see your message exchanges with Bip&Go under the "My messages" section of your subscriber area .
