Can I replace my working badge for a newer model?

If, for aesthetic reasons or for your personal convenience, you would like to change your working badge for a more recent model, you may do so. You can ask for a replacement in the contact section of your subscriber area . Nevertheless, as your badge is still working, the replacement is not free ( see price list ). You must also send us the old one at your own expense.

How do I get an extra badge?

You can order one or several extra badges up to the allowed limit via your subscriber area , under My Account, then "Order badge or holder". If you would like more badges, make a request in your subscriber area via the contact form.

You can also request one directly in a Bip&Go agency in France

How do I get an extra badge holder?

You can ask for new holders for your electronic toll payment badge in your subscriber area by clicking on "Order badge or holder" or in a Bip&Go agency in France .

On a solely indicative basis, each extra holder costs €2 (all taxes included, not including shipping fees).

How do I order a motorbike armband?

To order a motorbike armband, you can go straight to one of our Bip&Go agencies in France or make a request in your subscriber area via the contact form (indicative price €9.90 all taxes included).
