Which subscription options are compatible with the Spain service extension?

If you already are a customer, this information is available in your subscriber area in the section "My badges, account situation". You will immediately find out whether or not your badge is compatible, and the steps to follow if it isn't.
Tip: only badges with a Via-T logo on the tag are valid in Spain.

How much does the service in Spain cost?

By default, using the service in Spain will cost you €2.50 tax incl. per month of use in Spain.
If you travel in Spain a lot, you can choose a yearly subscription for €10 tax incl.

How do I use my badge in electronic toll payment lanes in Spain?

Electronic toll payment works the same way in Spain and in France. It uses the Via T system, which is similar to the French liber-t system.

As in France, most electronic toll gates are equipped with 30kph reserved lanes.

Via-T reserved lanes are signalled with the logo.
You can also use general lanes with the logo.

The badge also works in certain car parks with the logo.

What can I do if I do not want my badge to work in Spain?

Whether in France or in Spain, if you do not want to use your badge, you can put it in the insulated pouch you received along with your badge. The pouch will make it impossible to detect.

I am already a customer. Can I use my badge in Spain?

This information is available in your subscriber area in the section "my badges, account situation". You will immediately find out whether or not your badge is compatible, and the steps to follow if it is not.

Tip: only badges with a Via-T logo on the tag are valid in Spain.

I have checked my subscriber area and my badge cannot be used in Spain, what can I do?

In that case, you must select "change my badge for a model valid in Spain" in your subscriber area. A new badge compatible with Spain will be shipped to you within 48 hours, subject to postal delays (international delivery may last 5 working days).

How much will it cost me to change my badge for a model compatible with Spain?

Changing a functional badge for one valid in Spain costs €12 (taxes and shipping costs included)

I would like to switch options for the use of my badge in Spain, from paying €2.50/month of use to paying €10/year, or vice versa.

How will my journeys in Spain be billed?

They will be billed by our Spanish partner Bip&Drive each month. The corresponding bill is available in your Bip&Go subscriber area. The amount of said bill will be charged at the same time as your Bip&Go bill, with a one-month difference. Your Bip&Drive bill is available in electronic form only, in your subscriber area.

I no longer wish to pay €10/year to use my badge in Spain. How do I change my plan?

To switch from the annual subscription of €10/year inc. tax to the option of €2.50/month of use in Spain (inc. tax), please contact your customer service in the section "contact us".
