How to subscribe

Where can I subscribe?


  • You can sign up to electronic toll payment in 3 clicks on and your Bip&Go badge will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days), subject to postal delays (international delivery may last 5 working days).
  • In one of the Bip&Go agencies. See our video.
  • By contacting Bip&Go Customer Services on + (33)9 708 08 765 Monday–Friday 8am–8pm or Saturday 8am–1pm (excluding bank holidays).

What do I need to subscribe?

For subscription plans


  • Via the website it is simple! Go directly to, with your bank details ready (including IBAN) and your mobile (to receive the validation code via text message)
  • In an agency, you only need your bank details, proof of identity and a mobile phone.

When will I receive my Bip&Go badge?

  • It will be dispatched within 48 hours (2 working days), subject to postal delays (international delivery may last 5 working days), if you order your Bip&Go badge online or by contacting Customer Services.
  • You will leave with your new badge if you subscribe in a Bip&Go agency

How do I get sponsored?

Bip&Go has a sponsorship offer, offering €4 to the sponsor and the sponsored friend.

Online subscription

Would you like to subscribe to Bip&Go and be sponsored by a friend? In the subscription form, type PARRAINAGE into the promo code field. Another entry field will appear. Enter your sponsor's customer reference. Please note: your sponsor must have also subscribed online. If your sponsor subscribed in one of our agencies, you must also sign up and be sponsored in an agency.
A total of €4 (all taxes included) will be deducted from your first bill.

Subscribing in an agency:

Go to one of the Bip&Go agencies with your sponsor's customer reference number, your bank details and ID, which are necessary for all subscriptions. Please note: your sponsor must have also subscribed in one of our agencies. If your sponsor subscribed online, you must also sign up and be sponsored online.

*€4 per sponsorship, paid to the sponsor and the sponsored friend on their bill for the month of sponsorship. Offer limited to private individuals, limited to 5 sponsorships per member, not accumulable with other ongoing promotions. Only valid for "Pay as you go" and "Fixed price" plans. Not valid for home-to-work, toll discount, Liber-t découverte and Liber-t Holiday subscriptions.

Can I use my badge straight away?

  • Yes, if it is issued in an agency.
  • Yes, your badge is ready for you.

I do not want to give my email address and/or telephone number. Can I still subscribe?

No. To be able to validate your subscription, you must indicate your telephone number and email address.

The telephone number allows us to confirm the electronic signature for the SEPA direct debit mandate.
The email address enables us to confirm your subscription with you.

Is there a limited number of badges per subscription?

If you are a private individual, the number of badges is limited to 2 per subscription, except for the Liber-t Holiday offer and toll discount plans, which are limited to one badge.

If you are a professional, the number of badges you can request is limited to 4 online. If you would like more than 4 badges, go to one of our Bip&Go agencies or contact us via the contact form

Can I order online and pick up my badge at an agency?

No – if you order your badge online, it will be sent automatically by post to the address you indicated in the registration process.

Are there any fees if I do not use my badge?

No, unless you are on a Pay as you go subscription plan. In this case, if the badge is not used for 12 consecutive months, a non-use fee of €10 will be charged in the 13th month, as stated in our General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
