The Bip&Go Liber-t badge works on all French motorway networks. The badge also works in almost 450 car parks (Effia, Urbis, Autocité, Indigo, Seames, etc.) and in the car park at Lyon Saint Exupéry Airport and the PEF car park at Paris Roissy Charles de Gaulle 2 Airport.
The Bip&Go badge also works on the Millau Viaduct, the Île de Ré Bridge, the Normandie Bridge and the Tancarville Bridge, as well as the Maurice Lemaire, Puymorens and Prado Carénage tunnels, but does not work in the Mont-Blanc or Fréjus tunnels. Since 9 June 2016, new badges have worked in Spain, and in Portugal and Italy since 11 July 2019.

The subscription renews automatically each year on the anniversary of the contract €17,50/year charged at once. Activation fees are €10 (including VAT) for the France/Spain/Portugal badge and €14 (including VAT) for the France/Spain/Portugal/Italy badge. These fees are billed only in the first year upon subscription. Shipping fees are €6 for mainland France and €10 for international shipping. Toll, parking, EV charging, and usage fees in Spain/Portugal and/or Italy are billed separately at the applicable rates. The €1.45/month price shown corresponds to the rounded equivalent of an annual fee of €17.50. The amount actually billed is €17.50, charged in a single payment once per year.
