I have an American Express card. Which subscription plan should I choose?

Since the start of 2015, American Express cards have not been accepted at the tolls on various motorway networks. Nevertheless, there is still a way to pay your toll fees with your American Express card. Bip&Go has an exclusive partnership with American Express which allows you to pair your card with the badge. You can therefore continue to accumulate Miles or Membership Rewards ® with your loyalty programme and benefit from the ease and comfort of electronic toll payment.

The subscription plan you should choose depends on your type of American Express card:

What is the difference between the standard annual subscription and the one for American Express?

There is no difference, the terms are the same. Only the payment method changes. With the standard Bip&Go Fixed Price plan, your expenses and fee for your subscription are debited directly from your account, via the bank details you provide.

With the American Express Fixed Price offer , your expenses are debited straight from your American Express card, which means that you can accumulate Miles or Membership Rewards ® with your loyalty programme.

Why is the "Pay as you go" subscription plan not affected?

The partnership between Bip&Go and American Express only concerns the annual Fixed Price plan, and is not valid for the Pay as you go subscription plan or the other offers from Bip&Go.

I am already a Bip&Go customer and I want to change my payment method to pay with my American Express card. How do I do this?

To do this, you need to take out a new subscription to the American Express plan on our website and cancel your current plan by returning the badge and specifying that you have changed plan.

When will I receive my badge?

The average dispatch time is 48 hours, subject to postal delays (international delivery may last 5 working days), after your subscription has been validated by American Express. This validation may take 24 to 48 hours before dispatch.
