Bip&Go offers electronic toll payment in Spain: thanks to its Spanish electronic toll payment partner, Bip&Drive, you can drive on any Spanish motorway (autovía or autopista) with your Bip&Go electronic toll payment badge.
With Bip&Go, in partnership with Bip&Drive, you can enjoy electronic toll payment in Spain with the same badge you use in France.
Bip&Go charges your account for your expenses in Spain and pays Bip&Drive for you.
Without needing to do anything, you can make the most of various discounts, including on motorway tolls in Spain! “Via-t” discounts, offered by some Spanish motorway companies, are automatically deducted from your bills, according to your journey time, day and frequency. All in all, an excellent deal so that you can save on your holidays in Spain!
The “Via-T” system in Spain works in the same way as the French electronic toll payment system. Most Spanish toll gates are equipped with dedicated 30 km/h lanes. You can also use the mixed bank card and “Via-T” lanes. The badge also works in certain car parks compatible with electronic toll payment in Spain. This is the Electronic Toll Payment logo in Spain.
Your Bip&Go badge records the toll expenses you incur in Spain and passes them on to our partners. The invoices that correspond to these expenses will be made available in your Bip&Go subscriber area. There is no need for you to subscribe with our partners: Bip&Go will do everything for you.

Electronic toll payment in Spain works the same as it does in France:
When you are approaching the tolls, choose a lane (electronic toll payment or “all payment methods”)
Move forward at a moderate speed, keeping a distance of 4 metres from the vehicle in front of you. In the “all payment method” lanes, stop at the barrier.
The pass will beep, the traffic light will turn to green and the barrier will rise: you can pass.

How can you know if your Bip&Go electronic toll payment badge works in Spain? Take your badge and turn it over. On the large label on the back, at the bottom, you should find a white “Via-T” logo on a black background. If you find it, your badge can be used in Spain. If not, you can only use your badge in France. You can request a new badge – the one that works in Spain – in your Bip&Go subscriber area.
