Parking at your fingertips with Bip&Go

With Bip&Go, you can reserve car parking spaces directly from your phone!
To access this feature, you just need to install the Bip&Go app and subscribe to the Bip&Go electronic toll badge. You can book your car parking space directly from the app! No need to use a bank card to pay for your parking. The parking fees will be deducted directly from your account, and you will find them on your Bip&Go invoice.

The app includes a button to open and close the car park. In addition to this, you get personal access codes that allow you to open and close car parks, whether that be for pedestrian or car access.

Booking your car parking space is easy with the Bip&Go app. To do this, here are a few pointers:

Means of payment for your parking

Your bank card is not needed to reserve a car parking space with the Bip&Go app. Thanks to your subscription, your Bip&Go account will be billed directly at the end of the month. The amount for your car parking spaces will appear on your monthly invoice.

How to modify or cancel a reservation

Cancelling your car parking space is done using the mobile Bip&Go app. You can cancel the reservation up to 24 hours before. To do this, select "Reservation" from the app menu. Then choose the reservation you wish to cancel. Then simply press the "cancel my reservation" button and follow the various instructions to confirm the cancellation.

Should you wish to extend the duration of your reservation, proceed as above until you arrive at your reservation detail page, which displays the "cancel my reservation" button. Above this button you will find another button that says "Extend my reservation". The extension can last between 15 minutes and 24 hours.

Accessing reserved car parking spaces

Accessing your parking space is very simple with your Bip&Go mobile app. Simply follow these steps:

How to get the Bip&Go app

The Bip&Go app can be downloaded for free from Google Play or App Store. To connect, you must use the same login details as those for your Bip&Go account.

In addition to car parking reservations, the Bip&Go app includes many other features which have been developed to make your journeys easier. For example, you have the possibility of locating electric charging terminals and service stations close by. To avoid any unpleasant surprises, the app also allows you to estimate the cost of your journey in tolls and fuel. It also allows you to consult your consumption and bills at any time.

• 1. Select « Parking » on the homepage;
• 2. Add a date and time slot and view all available car parks;
• 3. Choose car parks from those available;
• 4. Press the "reserve" button;
• 5. Check the details of your reservation, and that the registration number indicated corresponds to that of your vehicle,
• 6. You can now confirm your request!
  • 1. Select “Reservation” in the app menu;
  • 2. In the "upcoming reservations" tab, go to the relevant reservation;
  • 3. The « Enter / Leave parking button » will display all available options;
  • 4. Select the action you wish to carry out (enter the car park by car, exit the car park by car, pedestrian entry/exit).
